Glowbeaconcore provides specialized technical consulting in software test architecture, automated testing strategy, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and code quality audits. All consulting deliverables, architectural reports, and custom code examples are delivered according to formal Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a formal written agreement:

• Site Content: All text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and visual elements on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Glowbeaconcore Advisory Services Ltd..
• Client Deliverables: Custom test scripts, configuration files, and architectural documentation created specifically for a client pursuant to a fully paid consulting engagement transfer to the client upon receipt of final settlement.
• Pre-existing Materials: Glowbeaconcore retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, generic testing utilities, internal diagnostic templates, and general technical methodologies utilized during the advisory engagement.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We recognize the sensitive nature of your software codebases, proprietary business logic, and internal development telemetry. Glowbeaconcore agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public client repositories, architecture diagrams, and credential sets provided to us for the purpose of conducting audits and advisory work.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Advisory recommendations and code implementations are provided using industry-standard engineering best practices. However, software environments, third-party dependency ecosystems, and continuous integration infrastructure involve inherent operational variables. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
• In no event shall Glowbeaconcore be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption.
• Our aggregate liability arising out of any consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific Statement of Work giving rise to liability.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
